Jainelys Otero Marrero joined Corujo Advisory Group in February 2023.
She's the receptionist of the office and supports the staff as an administrative assistant.
Jainelys is the person who receives you in Corujo Advisory Group and welcomes you.
She greets and helps you navigate through the office, supplying you with refreshments, making your visit enjoyable.
Jainelys' goal is to learn as much as she can to provide excellent customer service. Nonetheless, she helps with daily office operations, producing festive letters, maintaining the CRM up to date, monitoring the webpage, sending emails, and managing the Quarterly Corujo Advisory Group Newsletter, among other things.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching Asian dramas, and playing video games. Occasionally, she also likes to crochet, bake, and draw. She has a BA in Modern Languages from the University of Puerto Rico, having thus acquired a basic understanding of French, Italian, German and Mandarin Chinese.
